In this context, pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and in order to fulfill our obligation to inform arising from Article 10, we present the following explanations to the attention of our customers, individuals benefiting from our products and services, and third parties using our website.

Your personal data may be processed depending on the continuity of the products and services you receive. Rights of the Data Subject Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK

The Personal Data Owner (Data Subject) has the following rights:

• To request information if personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request rectification in case personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant law provisions, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To request compensation for the damage in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding the implementation of the Law and your questions regarding your personal data in writing via a notary public to our address listed on the contact page, or to the email address 'info@ak-soyluyapi.com' with your secure electronic signature. In order to provide a proper response to your requests, we kindly ask that the content of your request be clear and understandable.

Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law.
